I’m the owner and lead photographer behind Emily Nicole Photography, and a storyteller at heart. I fell in love with the arts at a young age; dance, theatre, and photography were always the places where I felt most myself, where emotion could be shaped into something beautiful. What began as self-portraits in my backyard slowly grew into a lifelong passion for capturing real people and real love.
After graduating from the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Photography, I set out to create work that felt not only timeless, but deeply felt. Today, I specialize in photographing couples and weddings; moments filled with emotion, elegance, and connection. With a calm, intuitive presence and gentle direction, I craft imagery that feels effortless, genuine, and artfully composed. My style blends a relaxed, editorial sensibility with natural light and authentic moments, creating photographs that feel both elevated and sincere.
I believe romance lives in the quiet gestures, the soft glances, the in-between seconds that often go unnoticed. I bring a sense of romanticism to my own life and to the stories of my clients, and I approach every celebration with that same intentional tenderness. When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me with a good book in hand, on the golf course with my husband, or exploring new places together. Those experiences continuously inspire my work and remind me of what truly matters; love, connection, and the beauty found in both grand adventures and everyday moments.
